Rental Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Within 48 hours of event: No refund (credit toward future booking available)
• No-show: No refund

Service Cancellations

• Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• After work has started: Prorated refund based on work completed

Merch Returns

• Unworn/unused items may be returned within 30 days
• Customer pays return shipping
• Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receipt

Weather & Force Majeure

If an outdoor deployment is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
