Rental Agreements

All rentals include a trained Hird Robotics operator
Equipment must be used in accordance with operator guidance
Client is responsible for providing safe operating conditions at the venue
Hird Robotics maintains full insurance coverage on all equipment

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment
Custom quotes are valid for 30 days
Pricing is subject to change for future bookings

Cancellation Policy

48+ hours notice: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
Within 48 hours: Non-refundable
Rescheduling: Free with 24-hour notice

Liability

Hird Robotics carries comprehensive general liability insurance. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from equipment use.
